  • Tailored are not a pharmaceutical company and we do not manufacture, produce or sell medicinal products.
  • Before combining products which are sold separately, such as atomisers/cartomisers and batteries, you should check the compatibility. If in doubt, contact us before making your purchase.
  • By placing an order with Tailored you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct details and shipping address when creating an account or placing an order on the site. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of goods, due to incorrect or incomplete details being submitted at the time of ordering.
  • You have 14 days from the date you make your payment to cancel your order, however as we aim to ship all items within 24 hours you can return the order to us unopened and in its original condition to receive account credit or a full refund (customer to pay shipping costs). This does not apply to eliquid.
  • CBD liquid and edibles are consumable products and due to hygiene reasons we cannot take opened products back into stock.
  • We cannot accept returns of eliquid or any product containing eliquid. We recommend purchasing smaller bottles when trying new flavours.
  • When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct postage is paid, the goods are correctly packaged and a tracked postal service is used if required.
  • The product warranty will run from the date you receive you order.

  • Tailored can only offer a warranty on faulty products.
  • Please read through our Shipping & Dispatchand Warranty & Returns policies, before making an order with us and if you do not agree to our terms, please do not place an order.
  • Tailored cannot be held responsible for damage or injury to persons or property caused by improper or irresponsible use of eliquid, vaping devices, CBD products or other associated products.

We cannot provide any information on the legal status of a product in any other country. You accept the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws, import and custom regulations before ordering and you certify that the import to your country of the products ordered is legal

PAYMENTS

After placing your order you will receive an automated acknowledgement. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by Tailored. You will receive an email confirming that Tailored has accepted your order when your order has been processed and is ready for delivery by Tailored.

Once Tailored accepts your order, a contract to purchase the goods from Tailored takes effect between you and Tailored.

The contract to sell goods to you only relates to those goods listed in the confirmation email.

You will not be charged before your order has been processed and is ready for delivery. However, upon receipt of your order, Tailored will create an authorisation. This may show on your bank statement as a reservation of funds which allocates the money to your order but this will not be realised until your order has been picked and processed in Tailored CBD’s warehouse. In the event of us not being able to fulfil your order we will immediately request that your bank cancels the authorisation. If the authorisation still remains after several days, please contact your bank to request that they act upon our cancellation of the payment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped same day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend will be shipped the next working day.

Please try to bear this in mind when ordering before weekends or bank holidays. We don’t want to see you without your CBD.

IMPORTANT: If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 21 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing.

UK orders over £30 will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked Post free of charge.

UK orders over £50 will be shipped free of charge when selecting the free shipping option at checkout.

SHIPPING TERMS

  • Orders placed after 3PM on Friday and through the weekend (including Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the next working day.
  • At certain times of year when the postal system is busier, orders may take a little longer to arrive and we ask that you wait an additional 3 post days (Mon-Sat), before contacting us.
  • All of our services are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for your order.
  • Worldwide shipping is available for £14.99 but delivery times will vary depending on your location.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 21 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing.
  • All UK orders over £30 will qualify for free Royal Mail service.
  • All UK orders over £50 will qualify for free Courier Delivery service.
  • FREE shipping is for UK orders only.
  1. These services are next working day only and excludes highlands & islands. Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles & Isle of Wight courier is a 2 day courier service and standard Royal Mail 24 may take slightly longer. Please check the links for more information. Saturday delivery is not available in the areas listed.
  2. On infrequent occasions Next Day Delivery can be affected by operational issues with our partners and may arrive later than planned. We cannot be held responsible for operational issues with our partner services, but will operate in line with their policies in such an event.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

We’ve done our best to keep everything as simple as possible when it comes to our returns policy and product warranty. The information below explains exactly how it all works.

WARRANTY
  • Please check all goods when you receive them as the warranty period will run from the day you receive them.
  • Tailored offers an RTB (return to base) warranty policy: If you would like to return an item to us, you pay to ship it and if it is found to be faulty we will refund the shipping costs for you.
  • Please check your product is covered by warranty before returning it to us.
  • Tailored can only offer a warranty on faulty products.
PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS

CBD Liquids and CBD Oral drops are consumable items and due to hygiene reasons we cannot take opened bottles or packages back into stock.In some circumstances unopened bottles bought within 30 days may be returned, but only with an RMA number.If you are dissatisfied with your liquid or edible product, we will in some cases offer to replace it with the same or an alternative or credit your account.

RETURNS

Our returns process is really straightforward: If you have a faulty item, contact customer services to obtain a returns number (RMA) and return it to us as soon as possible and once we have checked it over and verified that it’s faulty, we will either replace it, or issue you with a full refund (including shipping costs) – it’s your choice! We cannot send pre-paid shipping labels for returns, but if your item is found to be faulty we will refund additional shipping costs at standard Royal Mail rates. If you do need to return an item to us, you must include the RMA number (inside or outside the packaging is fine), so your return can be processed properly.
