Always try and use the freshest possible berries, and rinse carefully to remove any dirt.

Frozen Berries work just as well but won’t pack quite the same level of nutrients as fresh ones will.


  • 2ml Tailored Wellbeing Berry Bliss (now available in 10ml)
  • 50g Raspberries
  • 50g Blueberries
  • 50g Strawberries
  • 50g Blackberries
  • 300ml Coconut Milk (make sure you buy the drinking form, as the tinned coconut milk is predominantly for cooking).
  • 4  decent ice cubes


  1. Throw it all in your smoothie maker and flip the switch, blitz until all your fruits are gone. You should be looking at a bright, vibrant jug of pink goodness.
  2. Pour and serve, or take to the gym and down it after your workout.
